gbja Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gbja Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — including the gbja Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gbja with respect to your use of the Platform.

gbja reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gbja will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party or as a representative of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that party or entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the gbja Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are aged 21 years or older. This is an absolute requirement. gbja does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of local age-of-majority laws.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not on behalf of a business or syndicate for the purpose of commercial gain through systematic betting.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of gbja or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit you from gambling on this or any other platform.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Age Verification Process

gbja employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the age and identity of all account holders. Upon registration, or at any time thereafter at gbja's discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail to pass age verification within the required timeframe will be suspended, and any deposits returned to the original payment method. Any winnings generated on an unverified account may be withheld pending successful verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the gbja Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. gbja uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all secondary accounts will be closed, all bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated using bonus funds on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your gbja account. You are required to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbja account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. gbja will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Account Currency

All gbja accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bet stakes, and winnings are expressed in BDT unless otherwise stated.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

gbja currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Bank transfer minimum deposits may vary by institution. Deposits are credited to your gbja account instantly for mobile wallet transactions. gbja does not charge any fees on mobile wallet deposits. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may be subject to processing times and fees imposed by the issuing institution.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed within 15 minutes on average. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. gbja reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if your account is under review for security or responsible gaming reasons.

Payment Method Matching

gbja operates a payment method matching policy: withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. Where a withdrawal cannot be matched to a deposit method — for example, where a payment provider no longer supports the account — gbja will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method.

Currency and Exchange

All transactions on the gbja Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a payment is received in a foreign currency, gbja will apply a conversion at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of processing. gbja is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider or bank.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gbja offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the total bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) a specified number of times before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the offer terms. Wagering on certain game types (for example, live dealer games or low-margin sports bets) may contribute at a reduced rate toward meeting wagering requirements, as specified in the individual offer terms.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, which begins from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress that have not been used before the expiry date will be removed from your account without notice. The standard bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.

Abuse of Bonuses

gbja monitors bonus usage to identify and prevent bonus abuse. Patterns of play that suggest a player is exploiting bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of free bets, or collusion with other players to share bonus benefits — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account suspension. gbja's decision in all bonus-related disputes is final.

Promotional Eligibility

gbja reserves the right to exclude specific players or groups of players from any promotion at its sole discretion, including players who have previously abused promotional terms, players who are in a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, and players who have not completed KYC verification.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the gbja Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any bet.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered accepted once you have received confirmation from the gbja system that the bet has been placed successfully. gbja reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. In the event of a technical error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, gbja reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to your account.

Casino and Slots

All casino games and slots available on the gbja Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules, RTP, and game mechanics for each title are determined by the respective provider and published within the game information panel. gbja is not responsible for the outcome of any game provided by a third-party supplier, but does commit to offering only games from providers that use independently audited random number generators.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbja Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's payment method without their consent, or impersonating another player.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker game, or tournament.
• Match Fixing and Insider Information: Placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or any activity connected to the fixing of a sporting event.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with normal human play, without prior written authorisation from gbja.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of price differences between gbja and other operators for guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, where this constitutes abuse of the Platform's pricing infrastructure.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the Platform for financial gain.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for funds that have been legitimately spent on the Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the gbja Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of gbja or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The gbja name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of gbja. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gbja.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if gbja has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gbja's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your gbja account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gbja's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

gbja reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) gbja suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account; (c) your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months; (d) you request account closure; or (e) gbja is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. gbja is not obligated to return balances where the account was closed due to fraud or a material breach of these Terms.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the gbja support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding bets placed prior to the closure request.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gbja reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect your rights or obligations — gbja will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication.

The date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last updated. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the gbja support team at [email protected]. gbja will endeavour to respond to and resolve all disputes within 30 days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, subject to any right of appeal available under applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
